Lucky is the word - so glad I spotted 'Reason to Believe'. It's lemongrass in a world of oily perfume, it really is. I was engrossed; I've reread it twice (because I have a bad habit of speedreading when I get caught up in a story). While I'm annoyed I have to wait for Rufus' story, I'm really pleased I've got a backlog to catch up with. And your writing gives me reason to hope that offbeat and quirky material can find hearts and minds out there who identify with it! Looking forward to Rufus, and very much to wicked Felix! (P.S - do you think that men realize vulnerability is sexy? I think that's why I like the new Superman movie so much more than the others; and why Sariel is so irresistible!) Kia Ora!

I am not sure about men knowing that vulnerability is sexy--maybe it should be our trade secret. But I agree with you--it is.

I have just started reading "When You Believe'" and I am loving it! I can't read fast enough, yet I don't want it to end either! I can't wait to read the others in this series and plan to check out your previous books. I must admit I was skeptical and didn't think I would get into this book because of it being a magical type tale, but I am hooked! I am so glad I gave it a whirl!

I was looking for a new kind of book to read, I normally read Stephen King but was wanting something different for a change, and I came across your new book "When You Believe". I just wanted to tell you that I cannot put this book down!

I don't want it to end yet I can't stop reading it! I am almost finished reading it and I just feel like I am right in the story with Miranda and Sariel!

I wanted to let you know that I LOVE your writing and you have a new fan! Thank you for this book and as soon as I am done with it I will go and get another one that you wrote!

Challene! Thank you so much for your letter. I really appreciate it so much. In fact, I was kind of grumpy this morning, and it made my day.

The good news is that the story will keep going--in October, the second book in the trilogy Reason to Believe (Rufus' story) will be out. And then Believe in Me will come out in March 2007 (Felix's story). The other good news is that Sariel is in all of them, and Miranda will be in the last!

My other novels aren't romance, but you would likely enjoy the first one, Her Daughter's Eyes.
